Growing in curiosity

PORTRAIT OF A PRESCHOOLER
At Arrow Preparatory Academy Preschool, we aim to raise children rooted in Jesus, who embrace wonder, curiosity, and joy as they explore God’s world. Our students are encouraged to ask questions, delight in discovery, and develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
Learning Foundations
As a Classical Christian school, we cultivate a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, experiential education. By exploring nature and the arts, children develop an appreciation for what is True, Good, and Beautiful, while building a strong foundation of knowledge that opens doors to curiosity, wisdom, and compassion through rich experiences, meaningful relationships, and daily rhythms.

Bible & Faith Formation
Our students joyfully engage with the Bible in prayerful and meaningful ways. Bible stories are shared, discussed, and brought to life through art, music, and movement. Through weekly catechism, children are gently introduced to foundational truths of the Christian faith—learning that they are deeply loved by God and called to love others well. Language Arts
Our preschoolers immerse themselves in timeless stories and poetry, fostering a love of language and imagination while gently learning letters and sounds, building a strong foundation for reading, writing, and a lifelong love of language. The Arts
Children joyfully express creativity and learn to appreciate beauty through daily art experiences and weekly exposure to meaningful works of art and music to invite children to delight in creativity. Math
Through play and hands-on exploration, children build early number sense and problem-solving skills, discovering order, patterns, and consistency in God’s world. Nature Study
Our preschoolers explore God’s creation each day, observing, sharing, and growing in wonder and gratitude for the world God has made. Time outdoors nurtures curiosity, stewardship, and joyful discovery. |
