Tuition and fee schedule for the 2019-2020 academic year
Due to the nature of the University Model, the cost of tuition for a student is less than a traditional five-day-a-week school. Tuition for the 2019-2020 school year is $5,240.
Fees apply to all students and are to be paid annually (excluding the application fee which is a one-time fee only).
Tuition is payable either:
In two equal installments due September 5 and February 3
In ten monthly installments beginning September 5 and ending June 1
In twelve monthly installments beginning July 1 and ending June 1
Parent partnership hours
As part of tuition at Arrow Prep, and pursuant to our vision of partnering with families, parents are required to spend 36 hours each year (1 hour per week) serving the school by assisting with approved partnership tasks. This helps us keep tuition low and build community within the school. In place of the required hours, parents may opt to pay an hourly fee of $20 per hour, or $720 for the year. Partnership tasks may include: assisting teachers with various tasks in the classroom, helping supervise recess and lunch periods, assisting with student drop-off and pickup, organizing events and assisting with various administrative tasks, as well as a variety of other activities.

All books, as identified on the school’s Books & Resources List, will need to be acquired by each student’s family. Families can expect to spend around $350 for Kindergarten and $300-500 for Grammar School students each year. Cost per student may be slightly lower for families with multiple or returning students as some books and resources may be shared or used across multiple grade levels.
