Katie FrankEducation Director & Board Member
Katie and her husband Noah found Arrow while looking for a school for their eldest child. They were immediately attracted to the Classical model of education and the small learning environment. Over time they grew to love the gracious culture of Arrow created by staff and community. Most of all, they love to see their children thriving! Katie earned her B.A. in Philosophy and her Masters in Teaching from the University of Washington. Her professional background is in education and ministry, mostly in public schools and her local church. She loves to cook, take walks, and spend time with family and friends.

Caroline Mozek loves cultivating the holistic wellbeing of students, people, and systems. This joy of crafting holistic spaces is why she loves serving as Arrow’s Administrative Director as well as Art Instructor. She is originally from San Diego, CA and moved to Seattle to attend college. Caroline graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2018 with a B.A. in Theology with a focus in Educational Ministry and a minor in Youth Ministry. She loves working with children and getting to work in a space where her passions of faith, art, language and education intersect. Caroline is joyfully married to Noah Mozek, and when not working at Arrow, enjoys being outside, reading books, writing poetry, diving into the Bible, and eating delicious food.

CHRISSIE BlocherMarketing and Community Relations Manager
Chrissie grew up in London, England, where she obtained her NVQ in Early Years Care and Education and worked in schools for a few years before getting on her first plane ever to come to Seattle to work with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). She spent my mid to late 20’s working with college students and traveling the world. It was an adventure that allowed her to grow closer to God and feel more sure of the gifts he has given her and the calling placed on her life and she is grateful to get to use many of those as the Community Relations Director at Arrow. Chrissie is happily married to Jeremy and a mama to 3 busy, loud and super fun kiddos. As a family they enjoy board games and camping, kitchen dance parties and time together on their homeschool days
