LEADERSHIP
caroline MozekAdministrative Director
Caroline Mozek loves cultivating the holistic wellbeing of students, people, and systems. This joy of crafting holistic spaces is why she loves serving as Arrow’s Administrative Director as well as Art Instructor. She is originally from San Diego, CA and moved to Seattle to attend college. Caroline graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2018 with a B.A. in Theology with a focus in Educational Ministry and a minor in Youth Ministry. She loves working with children and getting to work in a space where her passions of faith, art, language and education intersect. Caroline is joyfully married to Noah Mozek, and when not working at Arrow, enjoys being outside, reading books, writing poetry, diving into the Bible, and eating delicious food.

Kajsa warrenLead Teacher & Kindergarten/1st Grade Teacher
Kajsa Warren is passionate about creating a safe, peaceful, and fun learning environment. Through her teaching and presence in the classroom, she hopes that children know they are seen, loved, and known by Jesus. Kajsa first fell in love with teaching when she began working with youth in elementary schools on the Eastside where she was able to form great relationships and see what a big impact she could make as an educator. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and Scandinavian Area Studies, which included courses in education. Arrow is so thankful for Kajsa’s several years of serving on our team and excited for her completion in June 2020 of her Master’s in Education from Seattle Pacific University. She loves coffee and the beach (especially the fresh salty air), rain and shine, mindful time with God, being with family and her husband Leif.

CHRISSIE BlocherCommunity Relations Director
Chrissie grew up in London, England, where she obtained her NVQ in Early Years Care and Education and worked in schools for a few years before getting on her first plane ever to come to Seattle to work with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). She spent my mid to late 20’s working with college students and traveling the world. It was an adventure that allowed her to grow closer to God and feel more sure of the gifts he has given her and the calling placed on her life and she is grateful to get to use many of those as the Community Relations Director at Arrow. Chrissie is happily married to Jeremy and a mama to 3 busy, loud and super fun kiddos. As a family they enjoy board games and camping, kitchen dance parties and time together on their homeschool days
