Heidi SankeyFounder and President of Board
Heidi Sankey is passionate about creating an environment where children feel inspired and challenged to reach their full potential and know their identity in Christ, created from mutual investment from teachers and parents. She loves seeing students come alive and active in their learning, challenged and released to grow and explore. Heidi and her husband Brynn found the beauty of parent partnership in education through the University-Model®️ with their son in Texas. They loved the space it gave them to grow, support, and challenge one another as a family. God then put it on their hearts to move to Seattle and begin Arrow Prep, Washington's first University-Model®️ school, to offer families this same space and an opportunity for them to be involved with the education of their children. In addition to running all things Arrow, Heidi enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures, good coffee, spending time on outdoor adventures with her husband and three children, and visiting family in Texas and Australia.
